These standard contract conditions apply to all work undertaken by Janet Redler Travel Limited, unless otherwise stated in a separate contract.
Any preparatory work undertaken, such as itinerary planning, requires prepayment of a nominal, non-refundable planning deposit of 200 GBP, which will be set against the price agreed for the tour.
For tours priced at 1500 GBP or less, payment in full will be expected at the time of booking.
For tours priced above 1500 GBP, or for tours booked more than six months ahead of arrival, a booking deposit of 30% of the tour price will be required at the time of booking. Payment of the final balance will be required no later than six weeks before arrival.
All UK and EU taxes are included at the prevailing rates. In the event of changes in tax rates or significant changes in the rules relating to these taxes, Janet Redler Travel reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect these changes.
The price quoted (unless there is a specific addition) does NOT include:
Over 90 days: Forfeit of planning deposit
89-45 days: 30% of the tour cost
44-30 days: 75% of the tour cost
29 days or less: 100% of the tour cost
Non-refundable payments made by Janet Redler Travel on behalf of a client will be agreed with the client or travel agent and will be deducted from any cancellation refunds.
Clients are made aware that any additional / optional excursions / visits outside the pre-booked and paid for itinerary are undertaken at their own risk.
Any expenses incurred outside the pre-booked and paid for itinerary are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid by the client unless agreed in writing by Janet Redler Travel.
