Supplier Terms and Conditions

Suppliers performing any service and/or work for, or on behalf of, Janet Redler Travel are deemed to accept and comply with these contractual terms and conditions. 

All suppliers 

The supplier warrants that:

1. Health and Safety

It meets all the health and safety requirements of the appropriate local authority (and, where appropriate, of the Scottish / Welsh / Republic of Ireland or other national Government) and that it has in place appropriate risk management and assessment programmes.

2. Public Liability Insurance

It is fully covered by appropriate Public Liability Insurance.

Activity suppliers only

 The supplier warrants that: 

3. All operations / equipment used by customers conform, at least, to the standards / requirements of the appropriate local authority (and, where appropriate, of the Scottish / Welsh / Republic of Ireland or other national Government).

All safety equipment is maintained to the appropriate standards and subject to regular safety checks.

Clients of Janet Redler Travel are made aware that any additional / optional excursions / visits outside of a pre-booked and paid for itinerary are undertaken at their own risk.
