As a family business, we are lucky to have had the flexibility and resilience to see us through this year and we are optimistic about next year. We are looking forward to being able to deliver, once again, the tailor-made tours that we have built our reputation on.

Last year, we were delighted to welcome Neil (pictured above) and Dawn Redler to the team, Janet’s son and daughter-in-law, and they are here helping to deliver the warm family service we have become known for. 

In 2019, we also welcomed Perry, Janet and Nick’s Cockapoo, who soon became a firm favourite with us all, and we’re pleased to say that, this summer, Perry was joined by Roman, Neil and Dawn’s Spaniel. They are now the best of friends and seem to think that they run the office!
