Up at The O2, London’s award-winning roofwalk attraction, has launched the UK’s highest snow globe – an immersive, ‘winter wonderland’ experience like no other, on top of the world’s busiest venue. 

From 22 November 2024 to 5 January 2025, climbers visiting Up at The O2 will enjoy a guided climb over The O2 arena’s iconic roof, before stepping into an immersive snow globe when they reach the attraction’s 52 metre (170 feet) high summit.

Against the backdrop of the London skyline, the UK’s highest snow globe will feature fairytale-like falling snow, the sweet smell of cookies, and a whimsical winter set-up, making for the ultimate festive photo moment. 

During an extended 25 minutes on the roof, climbers will have plenty of time to capture the ultimate snowy shots and will also be treated to a delicious gingerbread cookie to enjoy. For those looking to really get into the festive spirit, glasses of bubbly, along with soft drinks, will be available to purchase.

Located on top of the world’s most popular live entertainment, leisure and retail destination, visitors to Up at the O2 can experience an unforgettable 90-minute outdoor climb while enjoying panoramic views of the capital. All climbs are led by expert guides, and with its highest point standing at 52 metres (170 feet), visitors will have uninterrupted 360° views of Greenwich, the Olympic Park and Canary Wharf.

A multi-year winner of the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award, Up at The O2 offers a range of climb types available to book in advance, including Daytime, Twilight, Sunset and Celebration climbs, which include a glass of champagne at the summit.
